What Color Should Tamanu Oil Be?

I have been using this face oil for about 5 days now and I have noticed an improvement on my acne. My face doesn’t feel so textured anymore and feels smooth. The redness from the acne has almost gone away which is saying a lot for it just being 5 days. I use it every night because it has a strong smell but not in a bad way at all. It smells very clean almost like a fresh green juice. I have not used it before applying makeup yet because it is an oil and I am unsure how makeup would apply over it but i’ll update when I do!

Seems like oil is diluted

This product is not as good as I expected. I buy Tamanu oil (also called Dilo oil) for Pure Fiji skin care and their is very rich and deep green color and the smell is very disctinct. This one is pale in color and it doesnt smell as potent as the one from PF, it seems like it is diluted with carrrier oil. Next time I would buy from a different vendor.

This actually worked

My bf had a scar on his cheek abt an inch under the eye.. I applied this religiously @ night for 3-4 months and I swear it's virtually gone. I think it's because of this oil. I tried vitamin E also, he moisturizes too, but I'm fully convinced this made the biggest difference. Happy I got it.

Be warned of skin sensitivity

Had been using this oil for about 8 months not realizing it was causing an allergy for me. Then one day, I broke out in FULL hives and my whole face was burning. I am only leaving this review to caution others, but if you're not allergic to Tamanu, according to the other reviews, it works well. Just be sure to store in a cool, dry and dark place otherwise the oil can easily go rancid (as would any organic product) and cause a huge allergy.
