Tracking can take a day or two to update. If thereās no movement after 2ā3 business days, contact us and weāll check in with the carrier.
Afterpay lets you split your total into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. Choose Afterpay at checkoutāyour first payment is due at purchase.
Shipping
We ship within 1ā2 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive in 5ā7 business days; international orders in 7ā14. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Just make sure your address is accurate at checkout.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Costs vary by location and order size and are shown at checkout. Customs fees may apply upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are set by your countryās customs office and collected at delivery.
All orders are shipped from our California-based fulfillment center in the USA.
If your country isnāt listed, we donāt currently ship there.
Yes! If we donāt ship to your country, you can use a freight forwarder. Please email us at sulinashop@sulinashop.com to confirm first.

Most products last 12ā24 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packagingāit'll say 12M, 24M, etc., to show how long it's good after opening.

Returns & Refunds
Love it or return it. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refundāno stress. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at sulinashop@sulinashop.com.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), weāll cover the shipping. For other returns, like a change of mind, customers cover the return cost. We keep it fair and transparent.
