Ordering
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Afterpay for easy installment payments.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update it! Email us ASAP at sulinashop@sulinashop.com. If it’s already shipped, we’ll still try to help.
Email us right away with your order number, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Orders ship within 2 days—often the same day. You’ll get tracking info by email once it’s on the way. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Email us right away. If it’s already on its way, we can help with a return after it arrives.
We can’t edit orders after they’re placed, but you can make a new one. Email us and we’ll try to combine shipping if possible.
If it just happened,we may be able to help! Email us and we’ll try to reprocess or guide you through reordering.
Tracking can take a day or two to update. If there’s no movement after 2–3 business days, contact us and we’ll check in with the carrier.
Afterpay lets you split your total into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. Choose Afterpay at checkout—your first payment is due at purchase.
Shipping
We ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. orders usually arrive in 5–7 business days; international orders in 7–14. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Just make sure your address is accurate at checkout.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Costs vary by location and order size and are shown at checkout. Customs fees may apply upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are set by your country’s customs office and collected at delivery.
All orders are shipped from our California-based fulfillment center in the USA.
If your country isn’t listed, we don’t currently ship there.
Yes! If we don’t ship to your country, you can use a freight forwarder. Please email us at sulinashop@sulinashop.com to confirm first.
Sulina Shop Products
Most products last 12–24 months. Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging—it'll say 12M, 24M, etc., to show how long it's good after opening.
Yes! Our formulas work for all skin types—sensitive, oily, dry, or combination. They’re also great for both teens and adults. Always patch-test first.
Many are pregnancy-safe, but we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use.
We restock regularly! Sign up for restock alerts on the product page so you’ll be the first to know.
Not yet! We’re online-only for now—so you get the best prices and fast shipping straight to your door.

We include free samples with every order as a little thank-you! While we don’t send out samples on request before purchase, we hope you understand—it’s just one of the realities of being a small business.
Returns & Refunds
Love it or return it. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no stress. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at sulinashop@sulinashop.com.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the shipping. For other returns, like a change of mind, customers cover the return cost. We keep it fair and transparent.
