Neroli oil is an essential oil that comes from bitter orange tree flowers. It has a rich citrusy and floral scent. Several small studies showed that neroli oil has antimicrobial, antioxidant, and antifungal properties.
100% concentration neroli oil should not be applied to skin directly. Diluted topical creams, serums, or moisturizers with less than 1% of neroli should not impact your skin. Avoid essential oils altogether if you have sensitive skin.
